Akoya Biosciences Phenocycler technology has been used to perform multiplexed imaging of human atherosclerotic lesions using a panel comprised of the following markers - DAPI, CD45, MYH11, CD68, cleaved caspase 3, IL‐1β, TNF‐α, and BODIPY.
