Antonio Vidal-Puig is a Professor of Molecular Nutrition and Metabolism at the University of Cambridge. His research focuses on cardiometabolic health, studying how the body uses and stores energy and how these processes affect diseases such as Obesity, Type 2 Diabetes, and Cardiovascular Disease
