Dr Andrej Corovic

I am a Cambridge BHF CRE Clinical Career Development Fellow within the Section of Cardiovascular and Respiratory Medicine, based at the Heart and Lung Research Institute on the Cambridge Biomedical Campus. My research principally involves the use of 68Ga-DOTATATE PET/MRI to visualise and investigate the role of macrophage-driven inflammation across a range of cardiovascular conditions, including myocardial infarction, atherosclerosis and large vessel vasculitis. My main current project aims to investigate the role of inflammation in adverse cardiac remodelling after myocardial infarction.

I am also a Fellow and Director of Studies in Pre-Clinical Medicine at Robinson College.
