The first of Cambridge Cardiovascular’s occasional ‘Tech talks’.

Short talks will cover an overview of the technology, workflow and what long-read sequencing can offer your analyses:

  • Introduction To Oxford Nanopore, James Curtis, Oxford Nanopore Technologies
  •  Sample to data - the workflow, Vania Costa, Oxford Nanopore Technologies
  • Integrating short and long read RNAseq data at single-cell resolution, James Cranley, Wellcome-MRC Cambridge Stem Cell Institute and RPH
