I am a statistical geneticist working in the field of health data science with a particular focus on machine learning, genome-wide association studies (GWAS) and improving the performance of polygenic risk scores (PRS) in diverse populations.
I currently work as a postdoctoral research associate at the Heart & Lung Research Institute in Professor Adam Butterworth's lab.
