The Cambridge BHF Centre of Research Excellence awards, from time to time, 2 year clinical and non-clinical Career Development Fellowships (CDF) and Intermediate Research Fellowships (IRF). Fellowships include full salary plus funding to cover research costs. IRFs may also be eligible for technical assistance. The aim is to provide an opportunity for outstanding scientists to develop their research to the level required to secure an external Intermediate/Senior fellowship.
